Mike of Big Dog Mechanical inspected the system, confirmed the repair was sufficient and verified his diagnosis with the boiler's manufacturer. In October 2026 a reviewer called Mike and his team clearly experts in HVAC systems. In January 2026 a customer whose Navien heater broke down said Mike came out in the freezing cold, at night, to get their heat and hot water back on. An April 2025 reviewer said Mike and his crews installed 6 Navien combi boilers at their three locations, and another reviewer that month had Mike and his crew install a mini split in an extension. A December 2024 reviewer with a combi boiler trouble in one of their units said Mike assessed it and sent his guy the following day to do a new install. In August 2026 a reviewer said Mike fixed a plumbing repair for a great price and never upsold them. A November 2023 customer whose hot water heater needed replacing said Mike picked up the replacement tank and installed it the next day. In February 2026 Vector Property Management wrote that it works with Big Dog on residential and commercial properties, naming Denise as dispatcher and Mike as master technician. In January 2026 a 1-star reviewer said they took the day off work and the company never showed up. I cannot recommend this vendor enough. The owner (Mike) and his team were amazing. Extremely responsive to requests and questions. Clearly experts in HVAC systems. Professional, neat, fast, everything you want in a service provider at your home. Bravo Mike, you and your team are awesome!
Mike is a really great guy and really fairly priced. He answers all your questions if there minor. Gives great suggestions and never upsell you on anything. He gets the job done! I would totally recommend him. You don't find too many businesses that won't upsell you on something you don't need. He always points you in the right direction even if it's not with him. He's they type of guy that would rather see you get something done even if it's not with him. I had a plumbing repair that needed to be done right and he fixed for a great price.
