I was really hopeful this cleaning service would work out for us. They were 90 minutes late the first appointment but did an excellent job. So I wanted to hire them regularly. They Canceled an appointment for Monday and asked for rescheduling. I was flexible. I canceled all my morning plans and have been waiting here for them to arrive. No message, nothing. Call is going to voicemail. Won't even respond to my texts. What a shame! Definitely not professional.

Simone from One Cleaning is FANTASTIC! I have a lot of allergies that limit and restrict the products that’s are safe in my home. I struggled to find a company that was willing to take me on and nervous to trust they would do what they said and into use safe products. Simone understood my concerns. Met with me ahead of time. Went through products one by one. Even ordered special items for just my home. The first clean was incredible. Top to bottom. No corner left untouched. There were a few trouble spots. Inside the oven and my husband’s shower. She made them both sparkle! Outside of her cleaning services, she is very easy to communicate with, very responsive and her prices are fantastic given the quality of the service. I highly recommend!

I’ve been using One Cleaning Services to clean my house, and I couldn’t be happier with their work! The team is professional, punctual, and always leaves my home spotless. They pay attention to every detail, making sure every corner is clean and organized. I especially appreciate their consistency and willingness to accommodate special requests when needed. If you’re looking for a reliable cleaning service that delivers excellent results every time, I highly recommend them!

We hired Simone to do a move in clean for our new home and we are SO glad we did! Her team of 3 did a fabulous job around the entire house and focused on high traffic areas like the kitchen and bathrooms. They cleaned inside the drawers and cabinets, inside high storage areas, and dusted everything. We walked into a perfectly clean home. We were so pleased with them that we even hired them for a twice a month cleaning! Highly recommended them for your housekeeping needs. Update: almost two years later and my favorite day is still when Simone and her team come to clean! They always do an incredible job and are so quick, sometimes I don’t even notice them leaving. I’m thrilled to still have them cleaning my home and feel lucky I found them!
