Onofrio's Total Construction

Josh and his team were overall great to work with. Because of a misunderstanding, one half of a bathroom door was not painted. He promised to send one of his workers, on a rainy day, to get that door painted. It is now over four months- No Show. When we reached out to him, he never responded. Make sure everything is done on the punch list before the final payment. Ensure all warranty terms, including duration and scope, are clearly documented in your contract. We do recommend him. We would have liked to give him 5 stars but we had to take away one star because he did not follow through with his commitment.

We just had a complete bath remodel - they were all really great to work with, kept to the planned schedule and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. Couldn’t ask for more.

I cannot express enough praise for Josh and his team! Their professionalism is outstanding, and they consistently provided clear explanations throughout the entire timeline and process, ensuring that every detail was communicated step by step. This level of transparency eliminated any surprises, largely due to Josh's exceptional communication skills. His meticulous attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities were invaluable during the renovation of my kitchen, halfbath, and painting of two additional rooms in an older home. Remarkably, the project was completed ahead of schedule, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. I wholeheartedly recommend Josh and his crew and look forward to collaborating with them again in the future. Thank you once again!

5-star rating and then some. I can’t recommend Onofrio’s Total Construction highly enough. We entrusted them with a major kitchen renovation project that combined several rooms, raised a ceiling, raised a floor, and much more. The scope of this project is the kind of ‘once in a lifetime’ project we’d long dreamed of doing. At the same time, picking the wrong contractor with a budget of this size (i.e., can’t afford to do it twice) would have been catastrophic. We knew Josh and his company because they did a second-floor/dormer addition to a friend’s ranch house. We eventually met Josh and were sold on him immediately. Thankfully, it was very much the right call. Josh was in constant communication with us every step of the way. Always responded to us quickly and always set our expectations appropriately. The work they did was perfect. Every detail was accounted for and discussed ahead of time. The project finished on time and on budget, with zero headaches. It’s almost hard to believe that this is now our kitchen. Thanks to Josh and team, the project has surpassed our wildest dreams. Could not be happier with the results, as well as the smoothness of the entire project. Highly Recommended.

We had Josh & team gut and remodel our kitchen, entry way and family room. They came in and were able to visualize a new floor plan that two architects and other builders were not able to do. It was exactly what we needed and works beautifully. I love the end result! They were a pleasure to work with, all the workers and sub contractors were wonderful. And the best part was they completed the job in a few short months. Work was done every day and perfectly organized across all the subcontractors so we were not sitting around waiting for stuff to happen. We would definitely use Onofrio again.
