Its Angi and HomeAdvisor listings carry the same five reviews and a 4.8 average, and put decks, doors, window installation, finish work, painting, tile and wood flooring alongside the handyman jobs, with free estimates and Spanish spoken. The fullest account is older and came from a homeowner rather than a platform. In a March 2020 Reddit thread, someone who had handled their own plumbing and electrical said ORC did the drywall, trim, stairs and some framing around ducts, called the work top notch — and added that they were not the fastest. Another commenter in that thread named Oliver and Dave for the work. In September 2021 a customer with a small job said ORC took the time to contact them and come look, then finished professionally, in reasonable time and at a reasonable price. Two practical notes. The tenure on the listings disagrees with itself — the highlights say 28 years of experience while the blurb says over 20 years of hands-on experience. And if your job has a deadline, take that 2020 comment about pace seriously and settle a schedule when you book. For small repairs, finish work and the odd fix around New Bedford, this is a sensible call; ask for the written estimate and the start date up front.
