A five-bedroom household move without breakage and a move abandoned after a rate dispute both appear in customers' accounts of Born to Move. The Nashua moving business has a 4.9-star Google average from 202 ratings. Its website says it has operated since 2015, serves Boston, Nashua and New York, and offers local and long-distance moving, packing, storage, commercial moves and piano moving. Advertised hourly rates start at $150 for two movers and a truck. An April 2026 reviewer named Danny, Alex, Dima and Ivan in a five-bedroom move, saying nothing was broken and that they would hire the company again. A July reviewer praised Azer and Alibek for unloading a PODS container. Two June customers described Azer and Konstantin, also spelled Konstantine, as efficient or fast and friendly. In a January 2026 review, another customer said Kenis, Miguel and David moved much of their household, including books and two antique hutches, and carefully organized the storage unit. A November 2025 reviewer described a move from Concord to Nashua without damage. The August 2026 complaint concerned both arrival and the quoted rate. That customer said a crew expected between 1 and 3 p.m. arrived at 5 p.m., then said the job needed two additional people at a higher rate. The customer refused the increase, and said the crew left without doing the move, leaving furniture and boxes in an apartment for which they no longer had a lease. A December 2025 reviewer described a different dispute after purchasing a protection package. They said movers broke a television they had packed and moved, that the damage became visible when the customer unpacked, and that a claim was denied after three months without an update. The reviewer also complained of difficulty reaching the claims department. In September 2025, another customer alleged lateness, damage to their home and furniture, and stolen food, and demanded a refund. A separate September reviewer said the company declined to move a refrigerator and dishwasher because the job was too small. Other dated accounts describe completed longer-distance work. A June 2025 reviewer reported an interstate move from Nashua to New York that went according to plan, with extra blankets brought for fragile items. In a September 2023 review, a customer praised a cross-country move in which the mover collecting their belongings also delivered them, with arrival in the expected timeframe and belongings in good condition.
