Moving an older parent is one of the jobs RDS customers have described. In a July 2023 Google review, a customer said the crew moved their mother between assisted-living facilities in Bedford and Salem, treating her belongings respectfully and working with patience. Another customer, writing in February 2023, said Tim and his crews had helped families move loved ones into senior living communities and had also handled several moves for the reviewer's own family. RDS Moving & Responsible Disposal is based in Nashua, New Hampshire. Its website names Timothy Kelley as the owner and says the business was established in October 2008 to provide moving services and work with local charities and recycling centers to dispose of unwanted household items. The company describes residential and commercial moving, packing, cleaning, disposal or donation, and storage services. A June 2024 reviewer praised Tim and his crew for arriving on time, charging reasonable prices and taking care with the reviewer's mother's belongings. A November 2022 customer described a move after an illness and praised the team's speed, care and help from start to finish. In November 2025, another reviewer praised careful work inside the house. Google shows a 4.7-star average from 26 ratings. Reaching the company was a problem for two reviewers. A September 2023 customer said two messages went unanswered after an agent recommended RDS. A July 2024 reviewer said calls and a text received no response.
