A July 2026 customer had a crew extend its day to 8pm to finish; a June 2026 customer said all their furniture came through with no damage; another that month said the movers called ahead with an arrival estimate when traffic held them up. Two reviewers credit the online booking portal for easy changes, two more name Fiona in the office for quick answers, and one June 2026 customer left stranded by another mover had a crew at the door within the hour.
