Overhead Door Co Of Augusta is a Maine garage door company whose Angi and HomeAdvisor profiles list garage door installation and repair, openers, loading dock equipment and 24/7 emergency service. In a 2019 Angi review, a customer said the technicians determined it wasn't necessary to replace their garage door opener and adjusted both of their openers instead. A January 2019 Angi customer said the crew fixed a long standing problem with their garage door. In a 2016 Angi review, a customer said the technician noticed another small problem with a door he had not worked on and fixed that too. A 2021 Angi customer said their bent door was fixed well. Scheduling is the recurring complaint: a 2021 Angi customer said the work was scheduled far out, and a 2013 customer waited six weeks for new doors because there were not enough installers. A 2023 Angi customer found the job kind of pricy.
Completed job as needed and on time
Like I said before, excellent job by an excellent customer service rep. My only gripe is that it was kind of pricy.
My bent door was fixed well.
Job well done
Excellent work and it was done quickly once they had set and arrived for appt. Only issue was how far out the work was scheduled. This isn't the only business that has this issue as all contractors are very busy with work and getting them to come out quickly is not possible.
