Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning's own site lists carpet, rug, upholstery, tile and grout, wood floor and dryer vent cleaning. A 2022 customer said Oxi Fresh showed up the same day to clean a mattress after their cats peed on it, when another company had cancelled at the last minute. That customer wrote that Eliot, the employee who came to the house, spent a lot of time on the mattress, and that "it was as though we had a brand new mattress by the time he finished." The same 2022 customer said the price was reasonable and there was no extra charge for the same-day, last-minute service. In a 2021 review, a customer called the service prompt and professional and said they would use it again. A 2021 customer said the carpets looked great and called Victor professional, friendly and thorough. That 2021 customer also warned that a coupon is not accepted on the day of service and has to be given at booking, and said they overpaid by $200.
I can’t say enough amazing things about Oxi Fresh! I hired them to clean a mattress after my cats for no reason decided to pee on it. I was so distraught as we were having guests visiting and supposed to sleep in that bed. I love that mattress and did not want to scrap it let alone pay a ton of money for a new one. We tried to clean it ourselves and no luck. We hired another company and they last minute told me their machine broke and they couldn’t make it. I called Oxi Fresh in desperation and they showed up the same day and did the most PHENOMENAL job! Eliot, the employee who came to our house, was so nice and helpful. He spent a lot of time so diligently cleaning the mattress. It was as though we had a brand new mattress by the time he finished! He worked hard and reassured us. The price was completely reasonable even for the same day last minute service which they didn’t charge me extra for! I beyond recommend them!!
Great service. Elliot was outstanding. Service was prompt & professional. I would use again & recommend to family & friends.
Carpets look great. Victor was professional, friendly and thorough. WARNING: you will not be allowed to provide a coupon on the day of service. Make sure you provide one during booking. I overpaid by $200 and am not too happy about that part.
