Matt was hired to transfer the programs and data from a computer being replaced to a new one. He did the job and was easy to work with. What he also did was quickly solve another problem we were having with our company server that two other organizations had not solved even though they spent quite a bit of time on it. I will be using Matt again for our computer IT needs.

He fixed the first issue, (I wanted a complete factory reset) but then after taking it home it turned out that my hard drive was physically damaged, so he fixed that too for no extra cost. 11/10 will go back again when I inevitably break this thing again.
Matt was successful with correcting Windows10 related issues on laptop hard drive. It took multiple passes of a software debugging app. He arrived promptly and worked on it extensively. I would highly recommend him.
Matthew is friendly, informative, and knowledgeable about computers. He figured out and fixed an issue that had eluded a computer science student for weeks. Throughout the process, he responded to emails and openly communicated about the process. It wasn't the fastest service, but by no means was it slow. Meeting him was definitely out of my way, but Matthew has my recommendation.
