A recent customer says two technicians from Pallas Electric LLC arrived on time, installed a Tesla charger, serviced a Generac generator and cleaned up before they left. The company describes its work as electrical system sales and services for residential and commercial customers, from new home construction and remodeling projects to service upgrades, and says it has been in business 14 years. A Connecticut electrician licence, ELC.0191245-E1, held by Timothy L Pallas, is active on the state registry. In a 2025 review, a customer who bought an old house in Putnam said a small team from Pallas installed a new service box, identified unsafe wiring and connections, and completed other tasks over a few days. That 2025 customer said the wires were neatly run through metal conduit and securely fastened to walls and ceilings in the basement. A 2025 reviewer said Tim and Mason installed 5 outdoor lights, 6 spot lights in a dining room with 17 foot ceilings and a kitchen chandelier. A 2024 customer said they replaced a main electrical service that had been leaking water for years, and praised the work of Tim and his son. A 2024 customer who first reached out from Georgia about a family home in Connecticut said Pallas handled the permitting process and kept them informed. A 2023 customer said Pallas installed a sub panel the same day. In a 2021 review, a customer said Tim gave several options for lighting a wrap around porch and walked them through a design. A 2026 customer who said they had used Pallas 4 or 5 times called it a family run business and said Laura always responded quickly to estimate or work requests. A 2024 customer said they pestered the company to set up a service call for a generator without any response.
We met the electrician at our son's house the were very helpful and knowledgeable. And completed everything on the list
I don’t usually leave reviews, but these two technicians were excellent. They arrived on time, were friendly, professional, and efficient, and did a great job installing my Tesla charger and servicing my Generac generator. They helped set everything up, answered my questions, and cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend them for any electrical work and will definitely use them again in the future! 100% satisfied.
Best electricians in the area. This is a family run business and they are really amazing. We've used them now 4 or 5 times for various different projects over the years and they always go above and beyond. They're fairly priced and just kind people - which seems really hard to find these days. Laura always responds to estimate or work requests quickly and with all the right questions to make sure she's addressing the issue without wasting time. No matter who shows up to do the work -Tim, Tim(Jr), or Mason- they're all clearly dedicated to their craft and it shows in the quality of their work. Couldn't recommend them enough - give them a call for your next electrical work project!
We would definitely recommend Pallas Electric! They were professional and quickly knocked off our to-do list! Tim and Noah were wonderful to work with!
Look no further! Tim and Mason did a great job upgrading our service after identifying a big issue. So glad they solved my electrical problem and ready to hire them again! Very knowledgeable and personable. Top notch!
