Palmer Cleanouts and Disposal

Pressed for time in August 2026, a customer got a dumpster delivered within thirty minutes and hauled away the next day. That is the fast end of what people describe here, but not by much: a December 2024 customer texted at 4pm on a Friday about a garage cleanout and had the crew there at 10am Saturday, and a July 2023 customer got a reply inside half an hour, the dumpster the next morning, and a pickup that same day once it was full. Palmer Cleanouts & Disposal is a family-owned dumpster rental and junk hauling company based in Fremont, and by its own account it has worked Rockingham County and the Manchester area since 2005. The reviews put names to that. Gerri handles the phone in write-ups from 2025 and 2026; an April 2025 customer names Tim and Colton across several cleanout projects; a June 2024 customer dealt with the husband and wife directly and, when circumstances forced a longer rental, said the extension was accommodated. The details people bother to mention are the practical ones. An April 2026 customer said the drivers put the dumpster exactly where they wanted it. A July 2025 customer likes that the more compact dumpsters are easier to place and to cover. Another July 2025 customer, with a job they called small potatoes next to other people's, said they were treated as though their load mattered just as much. It goes beyond a box in the driveway: a March 2024 remodeling job in Raymond, moving and construction cleanouts, and, in an April 2022 review, a whole house of seventeen years emptied ahead of a move, with the crew described as careful and respectful of the home. BBB lists dumpster rental, junk hauling, trash removal and foreclosure cleanouts, accredits the business, grades it A+, and shows a U.S. DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration number for it. Two practical things before you book. The service area on the site runs Manchester, Concord, Derry, Dover, Exeter, Fremont, Hampstead, Hampton, Londonderry, Plaistow, Portsmouth, Raymond and Seabrook, so check your town against that list. And settle the container size and the rental window up front — one customer's preference for the compact dumpsters and another's need to extend both turn up in the reviews, and both are easier agreed before the truck rolls. If the job has a deadline — a cleanout before a closing, a remodel that needs a container tomorrow — this is the kind of company that picks up and shows up. Call or text, confirm which size suits your debris, and agree the pickup day when you book.
