Hot water is the detail one recent customer brings up about PALS Power Washing: they say the company uses it for its power washing and that it makes a real difference compared to cold-water washes. A recent customer had PALS handle power washing and dryer vent cleaning, and says Kevin, the owner, set clear expectations for timing and arrival and followed through. The company's website says it has provided residents and business owners in Hartford County with exterior cleaning for more than 20 years, and on its BBB profile it describes itself as veteran owned. It holds 4.7 stars on Google from 53 ratings. In a 2026 review, a board member of a local community pool said Kevin cleaned the pool fence and also power washed the sidewalk, pavers and retaining wall. A 2025 customer said Kevin gave an estimate the day they called and power washed the roof, gutters, awning and siding within a week of that estimate. A 2025 customer wrote that Kevin and his team power washed, sanded and stained their deck, again. A 2025 reviewer said PALS repaired a deck after a large tree branch broke it. In 2022, a customer said PALS cleaned large decks and a stone patio, finished quickly, and used a solution that did not hurt the plants around the deck. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0678337, as active, held by Pal's Power Washing LLC.
Did a phenomenal job on my concrete patio and brick side building! Great work for a good price.
My home looks beautiful now! Thanks Kevin
Pal's Power Washing is a top-notch, veteran-owned company that really knows what they’re doing. One thing that sets them apart is that they use hot water for their power washing, which makes a huge difference in the quality of the clean compared to standard cold water washes. Kevin is always on time, respectful, and easy to work with, and he takes a lot of pride in doing the job right. You can tell he genuinely cares about the results and his customers. Whether you need your home or business power washed or you’re looking to have a deck built, Kevin is your guy. Highly recommend.
I had a great experience with PALS for power washing and dryer vent cleaning. Kevin, the owner, was incredibly responsive from the start and made the whole process easy. He communicated clearly, set the right expectations for timing and arrival, and followed through exactly as promised. It’s not always easy to find someone who is both professional and genuinely friendly, but Kevin strike that balance perfectly. The quality of the work really shows as well—everything looks great, and I know the jobs were done right. I’d highly recommend PALS to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality service.
I can’t say enough great things about Kevin and his team at Pals Power Washing! Kevin is incredibly kind, professional, and truly takes pride in his work. The pool fence at a local community pool I’m on the board of was absolutely disgusting, and Kevin transformed it to look as clean as if it were brand new. He also power washed the sidewalk, pavers, and retaining wall—and the results were unbelievable. Everything looked fresh and revitalized, like it had just been installed, even though it’s over 25 years old. Kevin and his team exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend them for all your power washing and paver cleaning needs!
