Southington Glass LLC

A couple who shopped several shower door suppliers ended up at Southington Glass on a patient's recommendation, and in an October 2024 Google review they say Tony and Tina were easy to work with and the materials were better than the other "shower door specialists" they saw; Tony even installed the handle for their shower wand. The company runs a showroom on N Main Street in Southington and says it has sold glass products for homes and businesses for over 60 years, including shower and tub enclosures, custom glass and mirror products, and windows. Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration, held by Southington Glass Co Inc, is active, and Google shows 4.2 stars from 19 ratings. A June 2024 customer says Anthony offered ideas and suggestions for their new bathroom shower, and a November 2023 customer says the installer of their sliding glass shower doors was helpful. A November 2025 customer says the shop guided them on capturing the corners of a wood table, then expedited a glass top in time for Thanksgiving. A January 2026 customer praises a picture frame glass repair, and in a May 2024 review a customer says three screens were replaced and a patio door screen was finished the same day before the Memorial Day holiday. A July 2026 one-star customer cites customer service and manners, and a May 2026 one-star reviewer says an "old guy" came out to talk to them in a hostile way because they were walking their dog. An October 2024 customer says a promised quote never arrived after a week, and a June 2023 customer says re-screened window screens were in better shape when they brought them in than when they got them back, and they had to redo screens themselves.
