Competent and efficient with drain work. Thank you.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. No passion/care for their work. Will up charge you for just about everything throughout the construction process. The CM (Mike) is hardly ever on site and overall inattentive/incompetent When it comes to client relationship management and keeping a build on schedule. Also his employees are sketchy/underqualified!!!
We moved from Massachusetts last year to build a 2 car garage with an in-law above attached to my sons home. We contracted Pappas construction to make our new home a reality. We have NO regrets. They delivered 100%. We would highly recommend. From the beginning, planning the project with Mike & Scott to the very end and all the finish work, we are very satisfied. All the guys that worked on our project were fantastic, very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and kind. We are settled in our new home now and very happy. If we have any projects in our future we will certainly make a call to the Pappas construction family once again. Sincerely, The Medeiros Family
Pappas is doing ceiling work for my mother and I after we found out we had mold and water damage, they fixed it all and they do great work and all but for the 2 days so far that they said they would work around the times we were home from 9am-1pm to work and they never show up on time. The first day they arrived at 10am and now as I’m writing this, it’s the second day and they are now here 2 hours late and never even bothered to call my mother or myself. When we called pappas he said “ma’am you’re third in line and we’re extremely busy” ok I get that but you should call your customers and tell them you’re not gonna be there on time. Again great, work but very unreliable
Dealing with Mike Pappas is a pleasure. He is considerate, understands his customer's needs, and managed expectations. No job too small. Dependable.
