Behind the deliveries sits a service side that works on heating equipment. In a January 2025 Google review, a customer wrote that Paraco installed a new oil boiler in their home, turning "an unpleasant surprise" into a good experience, with techs who were "professional, friendly, and neat." In a February 2025 review, a customer who ran out of oil over a weekend said the serviceman, Keith, diagnosed the problem immediately and got the furnace up and running. Connecticut's registry shows an active heating and cooling licence, HTG.0406450-G1, held by Paraco Gas. On Google the company holds 4.7 stars from 174 ratings. In a May 2025 review, a customer said Sam, the service tech, explained what was found with their gas leak and how to repair it. In a 2023 review, a customer in Chester described Gerry tracking down a pinhole leak in the flex line under their stove cooktop. A 2021 customer credited technician Bryan Sharipo with installing an underground natural gas line for a 22KW generator, and with finding a defective, leaking regulator on the gas supplier's side while he was there. A May 2022 customer said a newly installed line had been redone twice over six visits in six months without the leak being found. A March 2022 review of a gas fireplace repair describes a month-plus wait for an appointment and weeks of parts delays, though the reviewer updated it after a specialist got the unit running. A November 2025 customer who cancelled said two filled tanks had sat on their front lawn for over a month awaiting pickup, and that their tank monitors were never connected.
