We had our building inspection done today, and Burt was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through everything he was seeing and explain it in a way that was easy to understand. He never made us feel rushed, and we really appreciated how much attention he gave to every part of the property. Buying a property is a big investment, and having someone like Burt there made us feel much more confident about what we were getting into. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right and making sure his clients leave the inspection informed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely recommend Burt to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, thorough, and trustworthy inspector. Five stars without hesitation!

Had Bert come out to inspect an older building and he was fantastic from start to finish. You could tell right away he knew what he was looking at — older buildings come with their own set of quirks and concerns, and he didn't miss a thing. He took his time going through everything thoroughly and was great about answering all my questions along the way without making me feel rushed. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Easy to get in touch with, kept me in the loop, and just made the whole experience a lot less stressful than I expected it to be. The inspection report was detailed and well put together, and I had it in hand quickly — no waiting around wondering what the findings were. But what really stood out was that Burt didn't just hand over the report and call it a day. He followed up with recommendations based on what he found, which showed he actually cared about making sure I had everything I needed to make a good decision. If you need a property inspection done right, I wouldn't hesitate to call Paragon. Burt is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend.

Bert is a very nice guy and was very knowledgeable and thorough with the inspection. The report was very extensive and explained everything in detail. I was very pleased with everything. He treated me with respect and in a professional manner and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend using him. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Bert for a wonderful job.

Phenomenal experience from start to finish. Bert was incredibly accommodating to our time-sensitive needs, offering us a Sunday morning appointment. As first-time homebuyers, my fiance and I found Bert's diligence and detailed explanations to be quite empowering in helping us to understand the condition of the home. Within an hour and a half of the inspection's end, we had our incredibly detailed report (nearly 100 pages!) emailed to us- again, on a Sunday! We would HIGHLY recommend Paragon to anyone who is in need of a friendly, thorough, and accommodating inspector. Thank you so much, Bert!
