Water was coming in at the roof and chimney, and the company they called first couldn't get there until October. That company told them to try Brandon instead — he called the same day and came out the next for an inspection. Paramount Roofing works out of Hooksett, and its site describes a fourth-generation family business with 79 years of New Hampshire roots, now owned and operated by Brandon Sullivan. Getting hold of him is most of what customers write about, across a Google page holding 4.7 stars from 106 ratings. In an April 2026 review, a homeowner who had called several companies without a call back found Brandon's personal cell listed, reached him while he was on a larger job, and had him stop by on the way home. Another 2026 customer whose metal roof — put on by a different company a few years earlier — was giving trouble said the supplier of the metal pointed them to him. The crews work quickly and pick up after themselves. An August 2026 job stripped and replaced a full asphalt roof in one day using GAF shingles, and a repeat customer that month had the main house done in two days and the garage in one, with care taken over nails in the driveway. In a May 2026 review, a homeowner said Brandon was on site most of the time and foreman Matt for the whole job, replacing the roof and four skylights. Metal comes up more than once: a standing-seam roof in August 2026, a garage roof in a less common metal finished in a single day in May 2026, and in a 2022 review, a garage where the previous owners' metal panels had been laid over no plywood at all, leaving condensation dripping inside. The old houses get handled too — a 2022 customer described four layers of rolled roofing and tar coming off a 1930s near-flat roof over two bedrooms of a 200-year-old colonial, re-roofed with 45-mil rubber membrane. The complaints point at paperwork rather than shingles, and they are worth a direct question. Two customers said a promised warranty never reached them: one writing in September 2023 said the 50-year warranty was never produced and messages went months without an answer, and one writing in March 2024 said he had asked repeatedly over more than six months and got an excuse each time. A second March 2024 reviewer said the company gave an estimate and then stopped responding, a June 2023 customer said the job ran late and the invoice still hadn't come, and a December 2024 caller said he was answered rudely when he asked whether they covered his area. For a leak that needs eyes on it this week, or a tear-off you want finished in a day or two, this is an easy call around Hooksett and Manchester, and the BBB lists the company as accredited with an A- grade. Get the warranty document and the invoice schedule in writing before the final payment, and ask whether Brandon or foreman Matt will be running your job.
