Passion For Trees LLC

We needed a row of overgrown hemlocks removed with stumps ground and removed, as well as a large maple tree pruned. Rich did phenomenal work, had all the equipment to do the job, paid special attention to safety, excellent clean up, very professional, extremely knowledgeable and reliable. Highly recommended and would hire again.

We've worked with several tree companies and arborists in the past, and Richard is the most professional, knowledgeable, and personable we've met. He had the unenviable task of taking down our beloved giant American Elm named Elmer, who'd lived a century but succumbed to Dutch Elm Disease. Richard was punctual, reasonably priced, dependable, and gave Elmer the love and respect he deserved, from diagnosis to removal to even spending the time fluffing the grass in our yard after he drove his trucks off it. It was a big, complicated job, involving coordinating with our neighbors, but there was never any confusion or lack of clarity about what would happen when, and how. He truly does have a passion for his work.

I had Rich take down a tree in my yard today (Tuesday) and cannot say enough about him. He quoted me on Thursday, I got back to him Saturday night and he shuffled around some jobs and was here today because the tree had a huge crack in it and posed a possible danger. From the moment I met him, I knew I was in good hands. The name of his business is perfect because he is not only passionate about his craft, but it clearly shows that's the way he goes through life. I knew right after our Thursday meeting he was the guy. During the process today he used extra caution with all he did and it was nice to see how well he and his co-worker (Dave) worked together. He gave me a fair price, and made sure everything was totally cleaned up. I could go on and on, but you cannot go wrong hiring him to do anything for you. If you read this Dave, again thanks so much and please keep in touch. I feel like I also gained a friend.

Rich has been servicing my family’s trees and my trees for years. He is the best in his craft and if you want true results you want this company. He is timely, detail oriented, and takes time to explain to you what he is doing. I cannot recommend this company enough!

I’m impressed and grateful for the excellent work done by Richard Ferreira of Passion For Trees, LLC in the removal of an extremely large oak tree that was endangering my house, the street and power lines. In terms of meeting requirements, Rich checks all of the boxes; * Communication included a thorough description of the job details and cost; * Coordination with the town to arrange for police presence for traffic control; * Admirable skill in completing a challenging job as efficiently and safely as possible; * Care of my property, protecting my lawn and removal of all tree debris. I’m 100% happy with the work completed by Rich and his team and will want Passion For Trees for any future tree removal.
