I’ve been heating with this company for the last 8 yrs, I had 100 gallons delivered on march 2, tried bleeding the tank on the 4th and 7th nothing. Heat would come on and off. For the last few weeks that’s what it has been doing. So I didn’t think nothing because to my knowledge 100 gallons was supposed to be in the tank Never thought to look at the oil level, because I’ve never had an issue with this company before. I just expected something was wrong with the furnace. It never was the Furnace whole time they put the oil in on the wrong side. Called the company and let’s just say the receptionist was rude and would not put me through to someone higher. Mind you, I caught one of there regular workers putting my order in the wrong tank. He replaced the oil and told me not to say anything. Since then I told them to call me before putting in oil because of that issue. Whether it say left side they still were supposed to give me a call before. Now for the second time, my oil has been put in on the wrong tank. I spent $352 I have a 7yr old and a 2yr old at home and we have been using space heaters and heating with the oven and they told me they couldn’t help me.

They over filled the tank at my rental property left fuel all over the basement floor never came back to clean up the mess left many messages never called back very unprofessional

Very good pricing, delivers when promised, my furnace service company said that the quality of oil is very good since the furnace is in great condition, hardly and dirt .

The delivery person was extremely rude, and it’s clear that this company does not value its customers. I would not recommend their service to anyone.

Been dealing with them them for 9yrs ,so I recommend the product and company,HOWEVER CUSTOMER SERVICE 👎I called for oil and someone answer the phone li🗣️”UUHH HELLO” I sd um Patti n sons 🗣️ “YEA” Um ya deliver oil 🗣️UHHH TO WHERE excuse me sir am i bothering you 🗣️UHHH NO Nobody answered the phone professionally I thought I called somebody house smh
