As a first time home buyer John was highly recommended to us for his attention to detail and thorough inspections. John showed up on time and combed over every part of the home. He spent 4 hours inspecting the home literally and tirelessly from top to bottom. Every system was tested, photographed and elaborated upon. He spotted points of interest that would have definitely have gone overlooked like on the backside of the chimney and the performance of the hvac room by room. We ended up with a 92 page highly detailed report the next morning. After John spent his 4 hours inspecting he reviewed his more notable findings to us, constantly pausing to answer questions. He didn't just say things like "yeah I noticed that", instead he said "let's go take a look at that" and walked us over for a demonstration. He was patient, courteous and respectful. He offered a variety of approaches to remedy issues ranging from price points, urgency, work time and city code. I wouldn't hesitate to contact John for the next time I need an inspection as a buyer and if I was selling I'd hope someone more lazy would show up.
