PC Restoration

I used the because I had a soot problem throughout my house and they came and cleaned everything. They arranged for me to haven even my clothes dry cleaned . They also scrubbed all inside my closets.

I’ve used pc PC restoration for years. Mike has always been the poster child for professionalism, doing a superior job for an excellent price. Ive suggested his work for numerous friends and all have been beyond satisfied. Unfortunately Mike passed last year and the service seems to have gone the other way. I happily suggested the company’s services to a friend and I very much regret doing so now. 2 people showed up to clean his bilge using only dull head lamps and dish rags with soapy water. I know the service vehicle has jobsite lighting as it has on every other job they have done for us. The boat engine room itself is outfitted with full lighting capabilities. My friend was shocked to see they had no portable lighting and weren’t using the hot steam and extraction that was typically used and was present on the vehicle as is their trademark bilge service. They spent hours in the bilge racking up nearly 1000.00 in bills before leaving behind a bilge full of black water old zip ties, a mostly uncleaned bilge as well as crevices filled with years of caked on grease. They also left a trail of mess on the way out. He’s since spent the last week having to clean it himself so he can paint before the temps fall too low. When Mike ran the business I had multiple boats cleaned yearly and the service was unbeatable. You could eat off the floor and there was never a detail missed. This latest venture tho could have been petter performed with a few children and a bar of soap. The process was also double the cost of anything I’ve ever paid for a far superior service. It seems a great service passed along with Mike Payne. I don’t think our marina will trust employing this company again after this.

Wow, wow, wow! This team mobilized within 2 hours of my call to clean a flooded basement that was a septic system backup! The guys were great, nice and super helpful! Took care of everything soup to nuts and back with a clean and dry basement in 24 hours! Can’t say enough about this group!

I’ve used PC Restoration several times for emergency clean up. They always respond quickly and arrive on scene prepared to remedy the problem. Michael and his crew are extremely professional and knowledgeable. This business is a rare find these days!

Mike Payne and his team at PC restoration are the best in the business when it comes to Water, Sewer, Mold & Fire Damage. They have 24/7 capabilities and make an emergency situation very manageable. Their experience dealing with insurance carriers is a major plus. We have used them for a multitude of their services. Highly recommend!
