Peacock Builders is a general contractor whose Houzz profile describes its work as residential and architect-designed, listing general contracting and new home construction among its services. On its own website, the company describes a LEED platinum house it presents as its work: a home set in the woods on the shore of a pond, with custom cabinetry, triple pane windows, solar hot water and photovoltaic panels, an air to water heat pump and a super insulated building envelope. A 2014 Houzz reviewer wrote that they had worked with Peacock Builders on two occasions and praised its attention to architectural details, budget, timeline delivery, building science knowledge and communication with the architect and client.
I have had the good fortune to work with Peacock Builders on two occasions. Their attention to architectural details, budget, timeline delivery, building science knowledge, and architect/client communication is stellar. Without reservation I highly recommend Peacock Builders for your next project.
