Coastline Homes sells, delivers and sets modular homes, and holds 3.7 stars from 56 Google ratings. A 2022 customer said the crew put the house together in a timely fashion after it arrived in January, and advised being patient and keeping in contact with Dawn. A 2023 customer who bought one of its homes second hand said the dormers were installed wrong and they had to pay to have them fixed. A 2023 reviewer gave one star, saying it was a problem getting them to fix anything on a new home. A 2025 customer wrote to expect a longer time than promised, while praising Tom the manager and Keith on the construction crew. A 2022 customer for whom Coastline built two houses said they had to wait a long time for it to be finished, and that management changed during the project. A 2022 reviewer said the company, under new management, had set out to correct unkept promises from the prior management. A 2014 Houzz reviewer described on-site boulders used as entry walls and recycled lumber used for stairs and patios.
My home is of good grade for a trailer. I believe my experience would have been a whole lot different if I had a better sales person. Of which is no longer there. Expect longer time than promised. Tom the manager is awesome to work with. Keith one of the construction crew is the best!! And Carol from Schiavi Builders was very helpful after set up trying to meet my needs as promised by salesperson and what I actually got. Any new construction has its issues. They are more than willing to continue to help me with any problems that may arise, so for that I will give them a 5!
Great friendly staff
