Peak Performance Roofing

In an April 2025 Google review, a customer whose shingles were blowing off on windy days wrote that Lance Michaud of Peak Performance stopped by, gave an estimate and then a written quote an hour later for the same amount, much lower than earlier contractors; their large crew worked steady for 5 hours with Lance on site throughout. Peak Performance Roofing is based in Plymouth and holds 5 stars from 15 Google ratings. Its website describes standing seam metal roofing and architectural shingles and lists a service area including Bangor, Waterville, Belfast, Skowhegan and Camden. In a May 2025 review, a customer with a weekend house in Greenville wrote that they called the owner, Rich, who came up right away to look at the house and give an estimate; his large crew came the following week and the roof was done in one day. In July 2025 a reviewer wrote that Peak Performance had just finished their roof in Pittsfield, in and out in a day with no mess left behind. In an August 2024 review, a customer gave Lance a shout-out for drywalling and insulating the two skylights they had covered up during a one-day roof job. In a February 2026 review, a customer wrote that they didn't get on the roof until the customer knew exactly what was being done and the likely end payment.
