Peas, Love & Parsley works at the small, specific end of landscaping: home vegetable gardens, built and tended so the family living there can actually eat out of them. The Holliston company calls it a "seed to table" garden experience, and says it handles the design, construction, planting and maintenance while still leaving clients room to get their hands dirty. The clearest outside word comes from another garden professional rather than a customer. A 2025 writeup on the Enchanted Gardens site, walking through a private garden, credits the "handsome raised vegetable beds" in it to Peas Love & Parsley — a peer pointing at their work by name, which is a narrow but concrete piece of praise. Everything else is local and civic. Holliston Cable Access built a 2021 segment on the business for its local-business series, introducing Victoria Keller and Claire Toohey as its owners. The Holliston Reporter reported that same year that both fielded questions from the town board as candidates for the Agricultural Commission, and had listed the business among the vendors at a HollyDays event in 2019. The company's own site gives "Vicky & Claire" as the contacts. What's missing is a customer trail. No homeowner has written publicly about hiring them on any review platform we searched, so there's nothing to go on about pricing, scheduling, or how a season goes when the weather or a crop turns. Treat this as a business to check out yourself rather than one the crowd has already vetted: ask for two or three gardens they've built and still maintain, and go look at them. Beyond beds and planting, they offer garden club memberships and ongoing maintenance, fruit grove maintenance, and garden parties and events — the maintenance side is a season-long relationship, not a one-day install, so settle what a membership actually covers before signing. If you want food growing in the yard and would rather not learn it by killing plants for three summers, this is the shape of outfit built for that. For hardscape, lawn care or a full landscape redesign, look elsewhere.
