A dumpster placed where the customer wanted it was the reason for one July 2025 Google review of Pepin Waste Service. The customer said the company was accommodating at their location and planned to use it again. Pepin says it specializes in roll-off dumpster rentals for homeowners and describes itself as a family-owned Leicester business serving Central Massachusetts since 2006. Its stated service area includes Auburn, Holden, Spencer, Leicester, Charlton, Sturbridge and other Massachusetts towns. In a June 2022 Google review, a customer described ordering a 15-yard dumpster after comparing five providers. They praised the price and friendly phone service, said delivery came the same day, and reported that the dumpster was gone at the requested 9 a.m. pickup time the next day. A December 2022 reviewer described several dumpster deliveries to their house and praised the service. Google shows a 5-star average from five ratings; the BBB profile lists rubbish removal, junk removal and dumpster rentals.
