Perez Paving Company deserves more than a five-star review. The last time I had my driveway paved by another company, they simply removed the old asphalt and repaved it. Within three to five years, the driveway had cracked and developed sinkholes. Perez did much more than remove the old asphalt. They also removed the old fill, replaced it with processed stone, and carefully checked the driveway’s pitch with a level as they worked. For example, they made sure the surface would drain properly instead of leaving low spots where water could collect. They followed through on everything they promised—and even exceeded expectations. They said they would remove the old asphalt and fill, add processed stone, apply at least three inches of asphalt, and compress it to about two and a half inches. These extra steps showed they were focused on building a durable driveway, not just covering up the old surface. They did a tremendous job and were professional, polite, and detail-oriented throughout.
The job was done very efficiently and on time, and when they finish, they cleaned up everything properly. I checked seven as asphalt paving companies, and this was the best review and I went with them and I am very glad I did. I recommend this company to anybody who wants their asphalt driveway or sidewalks done
