A house left a mess by tenant hoarding, cleaned before it went on the market: a recent customer says Erika's team at Perfect Clean had the place looking brand new within 6 hours, every window inside and out and all flooring types included. The company's website lists residential, deep, post-construction, Airbnb, window, event and commercial cleaning, and it names towns such as Norwich, Groton, New London and Montville as its service area. A recent customer names Erika as the owner and says she and her team did a thorough deep cleaning. A recent customer's apartment deep clean included appliances inside and out and interior and exterior windows, and the cleaners even helped fold laundry. A recent customer hired them for a construction clean, then called them back after more construction was done for a final clean. On a moving day pushed around by the movers' delays, a recent customer says four cleaners finished the empty unit in under two hours. A recent customer who brings Erika in for clients before a house goes on the market calls her prices fair. A 2025 customer said the company deep cleaned their home and was then coming once a month to keep it up. A 2025 customer with three cats said the kitchen floors were restored to their original color. In a 2025 one-star review, a customer said they paid $1,200 to clean and move a small one-room office that had mice, found mouse droppings packed into the storage bins provided, and said nothing was cleaned.
