Rob did an outstanding job fixing our shower leak and servicing our furnace heating system. He was extremely nice, took the time to answer every question we had, and was completely fair and honest with the price. We’ll definitely use him again if we ever need plumbing services. Highly recommend!
Rob was great he knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it and was done within an hour. The final cost came in less than the quote. It was a nice bonus. We will definitely be calling Rob for future projects.
Excellent service. On time and professional
Excellent service. Rob is very professional from the first contact. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and fixed it without any hassle. You can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing and pays close attention to detail. He also left everything clean and organized when he was done, which I really appreciate. What stood out the most was his transparency. He clearly explained the work and the cost, and there were no surprises. That’s hard to find nowadays. I highly recommend him for any plumbing work. Definitely someone you want to keep as your go-to plumber.
Rob was fully booked, yet was gracious enough to fit us in early on Saturday morning. Our existing plumber had cancelled three times, and we were in a huge bind -- because we needed a working gas stove to cook for a party of 40 people that night. Rob was professional and courteous, and got everything running within an hour. We will work with Rob again in a heartbeat!
