Perfection Home Remodeling

Perfection Home Remodeling is a Canton, Massachusetts handyman business with 26 years in business, offering small-project work — door and window screen repair, interior door installation, vinyl and linoleum flooring, and general handyman jobs — in English and Spanish. The record is genuinely mixed. On the strong side, several reviews from 2020 through 2022 describe a technician named Johnny arriving promptly, working quickly, and being professional and friendly enough that customers said they'd hire him again; a 2020 review described a backyard fence installed to the customer's satisfaction, calling the crew wonderful and the result excellent. A March 2022 review called the completed work well done and the crew courteous. But real complaints show up too. An August 2022 review, rated half a star, said the technician never cleaned up after himself and repeatedly promised a final walkthrough that never happened. A 2019 account described a pricing dispute over light-fixture replacement — the customer understood $15 per light, was later told $50, and the two sides settled on $30 after the customer wrote up their own receipt to document it. Angi and HomeAdvisor both show a 4.4-star average across the same 18 reviews, with about 12% of ratings landing at 1 or 2 stars — a real minority, but a minority, against a largely positive record. For small handyman jobs, door repairs, flooring, or a fence install, Perfection's reviewers mostly describe prompt, friendly service — but given the cleanup and pricing-clarity complaints on record, it's worth getting a clear, written estimate up front and confirming a final walkthrough is part of the job.
