Perfection Painting is Wendell Nunes, and the five people who wrote about him in November 2013 described much the same painter: on time, long days, and the place clean at the end of them. One was running a doggie daycare open seven days a week, 24 hours a day, and said that even with Nunes painting the interior through 12-hour days, his presence was never an intrusion. Another wrote that the crew cleaned up every day before leaving and finished on schedule; a third singled out the preparation and said nothing was left behind. The company's own site says Nunes founded the business and brings 30 years of hands-on painting experience, covering the North Shore, South Shore, Greater Boston and southern New Hampshire with interior and exterior painting, power washing, staining, plaster repair and cabinet refinishing. It lists MA HIC #219609. The testimonials on that site are those same November 2013 Angi reviews: five of them, all five stars. In a March 2026 Google review, a client who hired him after an office leak said his plaster repair "was impossible to find." For a careful interior job by a painter who does the prep himself, he is worth a call.
Wendell did a small painting job for me and I was very impressed with the quality of his work. He was professional, detail-oriented, and completed the job quickly. The finish looks excellent and everything was left clean and organized. Wendell was easy to work with and very reliable. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled painter.
Wendell and the Perfection Painting team have consistently done an outstanding job painting both the interior and exterior of our home for over 21 years. The quality of the finish, attention to detail, and level of professionalism have been evident from start to finish every time. They work very efficiently without compromising quality, which we truly appreciate. Wendell is reliable, respectful of our home, and completes each project in a timely manner. The entire process is always smooth, and the results consistently exceed our expectations. We are extremely pleased and would confidently hire Perfection Painting again for future projects. I highly recommend Wendell and his team to anyone looking for a skilled, dependable, and hardworking painter.
Wendell completed large job at my home with lots of woodwork to paint. He is punctual, detail oriented, friendly and always available if I had questions. He was knowledgeable regarding paint selection as well. I highly recommend him
I have been fortunate enough to work with Wendell both at my office and home for interior and exterior jobs. I met him when my office space had a leak that created plaster issues in my office building. I was amazed at the finished product. His plaster repair was impossible to find. He also painted the exterior of my home in NH. Again, an amazing job. He has since helped me with interior repairs and painting at my home as well. Wendell does an amazing job. He stays on schedule and will exceed your expectations. I have found his pricing to be more than fair. For any plaster repair and/or painting job on the Northshore of Massachusetts or Southern New Hampshire, Wendell will always be my first call. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!
Wendell led the team of painters we hired just over a year ago to paint the interior of our condo. From first day to last, everything was handled in a very professional fashion and the job that was done is great. The team arrived and left as promised, everyone was very pleasant and accommodating and everything was cleaned up each evening. They were a true pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.
