Nine permits with two in the past three years is a steady, small-volume record rather than a busy one, and none of it speaks to how the finished work looked or how the job ran. Ask for the 2023 kitchen and the 2023 bathrooms as references — recent, nearby, and the same kind of job most people are calling about.
