PG Willey & Company delivers fuel and propane and services home heating. A recent customer said they do good delivering fuel at good rates, but that the bill cannot be paid online and has to be paid by phone every month. A 2026 customer said that when their heat was out one morning, someone was there in less than 30 minutes and fixed the issue. A 2024 customer said PG Willey had handled same day delivery and mystery problems with their furnace at every house they had lived at in the Midcoast. A 2022 customer said they came the next day, delivered propane tanks, hooked them up, and converted a furnace and stove to propane. The company says it has been in business 114 years and lists a service area that includes Rockport, Rockland, Warren, Thomaston and Owls Head. Its BBB grade is A+. A 2024 customer who dropped propane tanks off for refill at PG Willey in Camden said they waited 4 weeks for a return call about a faulty regulator, and found the office unstaffed during office hours.
They do good delivering fuel and good rates but fail customers because they have a dinosaur billing system and no capacity to pay the freaking bill online! I have to call every month and pay over the phone. I’m super busy and prefer sitting down to pay my bills at my desk online.
Thanks to PG Willey for responding so quickly to my service call. Heat was out this am and called. Has someone here in less than 30 min who fixed up our issue in short order. Highly recommend PG Willey for any heating/gas needs. I've been a customer for 15 yrs

PG Willey has bailed me out of jams at every house that I've lived at in the Midcoast. Same day delivery, mystery problems with my furnace, etc - they've fixed it all. Fair and straight-forward.
