Phillips Pool & Spa Service

Mark is absolutely amazing! I have dealt with many contractors, including pool contractors, over the years and he is by far the most responsive, knowledgeable and professional contractor that I have ever met. He is the epitome of great customer service. He takes his work very, very seriously! My pool was losing water at the rate of about one inch a day and my local pool company was not equipped to diagnose the issue. Being in a remote part of Massachusetts I could not get any more locally based pool companies that specialize in water leak detection to even talk to me let alone come for a service call. After doing much online research I contacted Phillips Pool & Spa and spoke to Mark. Being about 2.5 hours away in Rhode Island Mark indicated that I was outside his service territory. However, he agreed to walk me through each of the steps over about a 5 day period to identify the problem. The waterfall was the culprit! Each morning, I would check in with him and let him know the results of the testing over the last 24 hours. He would immediately get back to me to discuss the results and plan the next steps. I could not have been more happy with his guidance, commitment and easy going personality. He always had time for me and astonishingly refused to bill me for any of his time at the end of the day. If I could give Mark 10 stars I wouldn’t hesitate! I highly recommend him if you have a challenging pool issue that needs to be addressed by a first class professional!! He is the guy!!

Mark's knowledge, expertise, and service is by far and away the best I've experienced in 20 years of pool ownership. I strongly recommend Phillips Pool & Spa Services to anyone. If there was a sixth star, I would give it.

Mark was amazing. I reached out to him because my pool was having a problem where the water would not circulate. He offered to troubleshoot with my family before coming out. He came out and quickly solved our problem. He promised to check in a few days later and he did. He is highly communicative and made sure to reach out to me to make sure I was satisfied or needed additional assistance. His price was fair or even slightly on the inexpensive side. I would definitely call him back if I had any future issues.

Mark is probably the best in the business! I hired him to fix my pool filter and change the sand. He also checked my pool for leaks with some very high tech equipment. Excellent job! He was a pleasure to do business with. Now I see why he has so many 5 star ratings--which is why I hired him!
