Lawns are the steady work. A July 2026 repeat customer said Greg turned a rocky dust bowl into a lush green lawn, and credited his grasp of the science behind it. In November 2024 another had a new lawn and irrigation system put in and said it came in well, then better again the following year. A September 2024 customer's hydroseed came up strong, and another that month had all-new sod and a sprinkler system laid. Groundwork and drainage come up nearly as often. A September 2024 customer had fill brought in to level ground for a new shed and pipe run underground from the house gutters out to the middle of the yard to move rainwater away from the house. Patios, walkways, shrub removal and planting appear too, and the snow work extends to commercial lots, where a September 2024 client said the lot and walkways were clear after every storm. What customers keep returning to is that he doesn't push. A November 2024 homeowner with a failing front lawn said Greg identified the problem, recommended only what was needed rather than the bigger job, and the crew delivered what was promised. For a lawn rebuild, irrigation, a patio, a drainage problem around Billerica, or the odd job nobody else wants to price, this is a strong call. If you want plowing as well as summer work, settle how the winter schedule runs before the season starts.
