Its stated service area names fifteen towns, among them Wakefield, Narragansett, Westerly and Bristol. A 2024 customer said their roof replacement went through an insurance claim, that Matt and Scott dealt with the insurance company directly, and that the job was done in less than 8 hours. That 2024 customer also said Matt worked with a company he uses to repair a leak that had come through the ceiling of an upstairs closet. A 2022 commenter on r/RhodeIsland wrote that Pinnacle Roofing worked with insurance on their behalf. A 2020 customer said Scott helped them get the roof of their historic East-Side home replaced, and that the 3-story-plus roof, including the decking and cupola, was done in two days. A 2016 customer said the house was tarped for protection while shingles were removed and the roof was completed in a day and a half. A 2016 customer said they repaired structural damage and installed a new flat roof as well as the main roof. A 2018 customer who hired Pinnacle for a roof and gutters said two layers were stripped and the job was done in one day, but when it snowed a few days later, water came pouring in a picture window from the roof and soaked new floors. That 2018 customer said Pinnacle came out a few days later, said fascia board was needed, and replaced it after a long conversation; the customer also found lots of nails on the ground after they left.
