We simply can’t sing praises high enough for Pioneer Builders! Our basement renovation project experience, from start to finish, was spectacular. We appreciated their approach, prioritizing meant that the execution of the project went much more smoothly than one often hears about. We appreciated their approach to the initial consultation and design which allowed for multiple discussions and revisions that resulted in a well-documented and prioritized project plan ensuring a smooth execution. Dan has an excellent sense of aesthetic and design and quickly either grasped what we were seeking or asked us the right questions to understand what we were thinking. As we worked through numbers, he was able to help us find excellent compromise choices to keep us on-budget. During the build, Dan discovered that sourced materials for part of the project were subpar and not up to the task. He caught the issue before installation, returned the subpar product, and quickly sourced the quality of product required to make the project successful, all while keeping us informed. Dan and Gary clearly both understand the value of brainstorming to come up with creative solutions to deal with the unexpected. This really helped create results that were both beautiful and fully functional. Their communication was excellent, something I understand is often rare for home owners and renovation projects, and we never felt out of the loop or unheard! And at the end of the day – and project – we’re exceptionally happy with the results. We LOVE the new basement space - game/media room, gym/spa/sauna area, and a beautiful full bathroom. Pioneer Builders provided stellar service, creative problem solving, and exceptional quality craftsmanship. We highly recommend Pioneer Builders!
