I worked with Liz and Brian on my garage doors install through Costco program. I went with Amarr Mahogany color low head room front torsion system with the latest technology. I was connected to Pioneer through a costco promotion. I started coordinating with them back in September 2025. I had brian out to look at the job. Brian was great. However since then i have had to chase Liz for updates, explanations and never received a quote. After 3 months i finally gave up and called another company who replaced the closer and tracks in a few hours. Sadly i didn't get to take advantage of the costco promotion but at least I found someone reliable.

Brian and Liz are good people. Honest. No BS. They do exactly what they told you and keep you informed along the process and help wherever they can in getting you the information you need to make a decision. Installation by Brian was superb, no fuzz, on time, final product looks amazing. Cannot recommend these guys more enthusiastically - and I am not the type of person who writes a lot of online reviews ….
