Pittore Bros. Paving LLC

Pittore Bros. Paving is an asphalt paving company based in Derry, New Hampshire. The company describes itself as a second-generation, family-owned business serving Southern New Hampshire since 1985, offering driveway paving, parking lots, sealcoating, drainage and excavation, line striping and loam delivery, and lists a service area running from Derry and Londonderry to Salem, Windham, Manchester, Nashua and Hudson. The Better Business Bureau lists it as accredited with an A+ grade. Most homeowners hire them for full driveway replacements, and the praise is consistent about how that goes. In a May 2026 Google review, a homeowner described Nicole measuring and quoting the job, the crew finishing the driveway and a front-to-back walkway in one day, and Nicole returning that evening to walk them through a care brochure. An August 2026 reviewer credited Nicole with handling Dig Safe and permitting and Al's crew with the finish. A detailed April 2025 account described the crew digging down at least nine inches, removing a rock rather than paving over it, laying an aggregate base, and Al Pittore on site each day. Earlier reviews from 2022 and 2023 praise a complicated water-pitch design, the removal of a long walkway full of holes and boulders, and pricing below other quotes. Reddit commenters in Southern New Hampshire threads have recommended them for driveway paving, one in September 2026 noting a job done that May and one of the cheaper quotes. The complaints center on what happens after the crew leaves. In a 2022 Google review, a homeowner said a section of a 2021 driveway against the foundation collapsed and three calls went unanswered; a 2023 reviewer said puddling on a new driveway was acknowledged but never fixed. A November 2024 Angi review described rough seams that froze into ice, with the seams ground down only after long discussion and a sealcoat the owner had to pay for. A 2024 Google reviewer reported rocks left around the driveway and an offer to fix rough spots only if they paid for sealing, and a December 2023 reviewer described three projects with a wrong rock delivery, a pad built to the wrong dimensions and promised patching that never happened. A 2022 reviewer also said repeated requests for a sealcoating estimate went unanswered. The pattern is strong estimates and installation work, with several past customers reporting that post-job fixes and warranty requests were slow or came with added charges. If you hire them, it is worth getting in writing what follow-up repairs are covered and for how long.
