I have used Plainville oil for a few years now. They are always extremely responsive and prompt with their deliveries. I recently had a delivery issue that was resolved in minutes with just one short phone call. Will continue to use for the foreseeable future.
plainville oil was my main oil company. For years they were the only oil company that I would call. This year not only did they charge me for an overage caused by their technicians mistake and faulty valve on their truck they tried to charge me for an oil delivery I never called or requested nor received. Apparently a delivery was made to the incorrect address. They have been trying to charge our account but my card was cancelled in November that was on file. I'm not sure what has happened in the past 2 years, but within this past year alone I have seen a dramatic drop in their customer service, their technicians, their staffing, the integrity of this co is not the same as it was 3 yrs ago..
I am incredibly thankful for Plainville Oil and their amazing sevice!!!! I had been keeping an eye on our oil level but suddenly with the cold temperatures from the weekend snowstorm we became very low on oil. Plainville oil contacted me early the next day when they opened and said they could get here within 1 day or possibly 2 days so I placed the order. They somehow found a way to get to our home the same day!! I am so grateful for your fast service!! I have used Plainville Oil before and 1 other competitor but going forward will definitely stay loyal to Plainville Oil! Thank you to your whole staff for helping us in our time of need! We are eternally grateful!😃
