Polly's Cleaning Office, Commercial & Residential LLC

Polly's Cleaning is a North Shore, Massachusetts operation, run by an owner reviewers name directly — Polly — and it takes on more than routine housekeeping: its own site lists deep, recurring, move-in/move-out, Airbnb turnover, post-construction and commercial/office cleaning, and reviewers back that range up with real jobs: pre-listing move-out cleans, an inherited hoarder property, a wall-prep clean ahead of painting, and recurring Airbnb turnovers. The specifics in these reviews go beyond the usual praise. One client, this spring, hired Polly's after moving out of a 3-bed, 2-bath condo before listing it and called the estimate accurate and the crew's communication excellent throughout. Another, in a recent review, described inheriting a property where a hoarder had lived for over ten years — expecting to have to repaint and refinish the floors — and said Polly's deep clean meant she didn't have to do either before putting it on the market. In a 2025 review, a tenant-turnover job is described in similar terms: the crew got an apartment "back to sparkling" — oven, fridge, bathroom, windows and all — after a tenant left it in poor condition. A rental-property owner (Dan and Betsy R. of Salem, in a 2025 review) and an Airbnb host, also in a 2025 review, both describe using Polly's on an ongoing basis, the host specifically citing quick responsiveness beyond the regular cleaning window. Reviews from mid-to-late 2025 mention the crew moving furniture to reach under surfaces and, on one especially dirty job, returning a full day later to finish. There's no complaint in what customers have written, and pricing gets called fair or competitive by more than one reviewer, though no specific rates appear in what's public. The stated service area runs across much of the North Shore — Salem, Marblehead, Gloucester, Newburyport, Peabody, North Andover and more. For anything from a routine recurring clean to a heavier one-off job — a listing prep, an estate cleanout, or Airbnb turnovers — this is a locally run option covering a wide swath of the North Shore, and one several clients describe returning to again and again.
