Polly’s Cleaning Services has customers describing deep cleans, regular home visits, move-out jobs and short-term-rental turnovers around Salem. In a March 2026 review, a longtime customer said the team even moved furniture to clean underneath it. Another March customer described a first deep clean that left the house looking and smelling clean. HomeAdvisor and Angi each display 5.0 stars from 13 ratings, though many of the same customer texts appear on both sites. The job accounts are concrete. A December 2025 move-out customer said the team cleaned cabinets, appliances and corners and left the home ready for the next tenant. Another December 2025 customer described a deep clean after moving into a condo, including floors, woodwork, vents and the oven interior. A June 2025 short-term-rental host said the property was repeatedly left ready for guests and praised the team’s scheduling and communication. Polly’s website says it offers residential, office, post-construction and rental cleaning. The website gives three different descriptions of the company’s experience: more than 10, more than 15 and more than 20 years. A March 2026 reviewer praised Polly’s communication and price transparency while the requested cleaning was still scheduled; that account concerns coordination rather than a completed clean.
