A 2024 customer wrote that water got into their basement after a big storm and that Tim used his camera system to find obstructions deep in a foundation curtain drain. In that 2024 review, Tim and a helper named Josh unclogged the pipe after digging and pipe cutting, and an associate named Jerry finished the job the next day with a de-rooting machine. The 2024 customer wrote that the basement stayed dry after the last two 4+ inch rain storms. A 2023 customer said Tim did drainage work for them over 10 years before and that it had held up. A 2025 customer gave one star and wrote that Tim was paid to do a job and never did it.
I hired Precision Land & Drain to replace our sewer pipe. The owner, Tim, was a pleasure to work with and he and his team did what they said they would do, on time and at a reasonable price. Tim went above and beyond my expectations to ensure satisfaction, including interacting with town officials when needed. He takes pride in his work. The crew was friendly and efficient. After the sewer work was done they came back to landscape and left the lawn better than they found it. I highly recommend this company.
Tim was paid to do a job and never did!!!
If I could give Tim a 100 star rating I would. He saved our bacon. Several big storms ago we had water in our basement, and lots of it, for the first time in the ten years since we have lived here and possibly for the first time since the house was built in 1978. We were afraid we were in for an extremely expensive basement waterproofing. A good friend, who is a retired town building official in a neighboring town, suggested we call Tim for help, which we did. I think Tim realized the predicament we were in as another big storm was on the way. He jumped right on the job and discovered (thanks to his camera system) obstructions deep in a foundation curtain drain. After digging and pipe cutting and reaming out the pipe, Tim and his able helper Josh unclogged the pipe and boy did the water gush. The next day his associate Jerry came out and finished the job with his de-rooting machine. The basement is dry after the last two 4+” rain storms. Tim answers phone calls timely, keeps to his schedule, answers questions, has well maintained equipment and leaves the work site in great shape. Stephanie on the office end of the operation is also helpful in keeping things moving. “Who could ask for anything more?”
Tim did some serious drainage work for me over 10 years ago and his work has withstood the test of time! I highly recommend him and his company.
