The company describes itself on the Better Business Bureau as offering local and long-distance moving, and says it also moves pianos and artwork. A 2018 Angi customer said the move was easy to arrange on short notice, and that they arrived when scheduled and called the day before to confirm. A 2018 HomeAdvisor customer said they received a personal phone call from the owner after the move to make sure all went well. A 2019 Angi customer said the packing and moving in NH went well, but that on delivery in Florida they did not want to check the numbers as items were unloaded, and the customer's husband was asked to sign documents saying all the pieces had arrived. That 2019 customer said two boxes were missing and a large picture arrived with its glass broken and its frame damaged. A 2020 HomeAdvisor customer praised the moving crews but called the company's customer service the worst in over 10 moves they had made. Its Better Business Bureau grade is A+, and BBB lists it as accredited.

Moving crews were great. Customer service the worst ever in over 10 moves I have made. A horrible experience from that perspective.
The packing of items and moving of in NH was wonderful... but when delivered in Florida they did not want to check the numbers as they were being off loaded instead the guy had my husband sit at the counter and sign of the documents indicating he received all the pieces of our move when in fact I found I was missing two boxes and had a large picture that they broke the glass on and also damaged the frame so it had to be put directly in the dumpster... I gave a great review when they moved me from NH but not so great on the delivery in Florida...
very good, efficient movers, from office staff to the mover experience was fantastic. highly recommend them. I will use them again if I have another need. ps got a tip about cookies. lol
