I usually don't like to leave bad reviews, even after a bad experience, but I hired Jim based on his 5-star Google review to inspect my first house. He did arrive on time; he took pictures and explained what was ‘wrong’ throughout the house. The entire inspection took one hour. This is an old, abandoned house with 4 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. When we went to the basement, we knew there were signs of termites, and he said nothing. Then I had to point it out, and he said, ‘Yes, termites’ Then the balusters of the stairs were loose, and some were about to come out, and he said, ‘Sturdy. ’ At the end of the inspection, he asked how much money we were thinking of putting into the house to fix it, which I found odd and inappropriate. He pointed out basic stuff that we already knew was an issue. Overall, based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this company.
Jim was excellent. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and explained everything! We recieved our report within hours. I would highly recommend Jim to anyone looking for an honest and professional inspection. He is the best!
