Reviewers name both: Kristen for color and design help, Joe and the crews for the work. It holds 4.8 from 80 ratings on Houzz, 4.8 from 52 ratings on Angi and on HomeAdvisor, and 4.4 from 22 ratings on Google. The 2025 reviews are kitchen remodels. A July 2025 Google reviewer credited the color suggestions and help with countertop and backsplash ideas, and a May 2025 returning customer had the entire first floor painted, praising Fabio and his painting team for the patching, painting and clean-up. In a January 2024 review, the company refaced a customer's cabinets with new doors, hardware and paint, plus a quartz countertop, sink and tile backsplash; Joe, Rodrigo and the team "showed up when they said they would, cleaned up every day." An October 2024 customer said the kitchen was "completely updated within two weeks." A 2021 Angi reviewer noted that the crew takes off cabinet fronts and cures the paint in its workshop. The complaints are about how the paint held up and how disputes were handled. In a June 2026 Houzz review, a customer said cabinets done 3 years earlier were chipped everywhere and peeling, after an earlier repaint the company had blamed on defective paint. We had our cabinets done 3 years ago and they are already in need of being redone again. Chipped everywhere and peeling. Initially when this happens the first time immediately after it was painted we were told it was defective paint and they repainted them. Very disappointing that we spent so much money on our kitchen and already are in need of a new paint job.
Awful company! They have no idea what they're doing. Avoid at all costs!
Kristen, Joe and their team did an amazing job with our remodeled kitchen. Their design knowledge and workmanship through out the project was professional and timely and the communication was excellent. The color suggestions, assistance with counter top/backsplash ideas, modifications to cabinets and island was exactly what we needed and we are so happy with the results!
We can't thank Joe and Kristen enough for our remodeled kitchen. The new colors, look and flow is everything that our small kitchen needed and we enjoy it everyday. The design and workmanship from start to finish was done efficiently, timely and professionally. It was a pleasure to work with Premier Pros!
Second time using them. This time was entire first floor of our house which included recent renovations (newly plastered walls and new doors, etc) Kristin and all er paint color decks and advice helped us pick the right ones and Fabio and his painting team did an amazing job (just like the first time) - patching, painting and clean up. Fully recommend!
