Premium Deck Restoration LLC works on outdoor decks. Its Better Business Bureau listing describes deck repair, painting, staining and restoration services, and its website says its staff can clean, sand, refinish, stain and paint decks, porches and patios. A 2024 customer wrote that they were fit in quickly and that their 25-year-old deck, which had never been stained, was sanded and stained for a reasonable price. A 2024 customer who described being a customer for many years wrote about board replacement and a restain of a second-level deck. A 2022 customer said several spots were not stained at all after two days of work. That 2022 customer wrote that the gentleman said he would be back the next day to fix it, and that he fixed the more obvious spots and left the rest. The same 2022 customer said the deck stain was wearing off in multiple spots barely six months later.

Great work! They fit me in quickly and completely restored the deck for a reasonable price. Our deck is 25 years old and had never been stained. They sanded and stained it and it looks almost new! I highly recommend this company.
Been customer for many years - recently did some board replacement and restain of second level deck - great job, very efficient, very neat. Highly recommend.
I chose to use this business due to the outstanding reviews and the fact that I wanted to support a fellow small business. The start was wonderful, we got a quote quickly and was put on a waiting list. The gentleman that I spoke to contacted us when it was time to chose a color. We were never told that staining versus painting would bring a different color than the swatches he dropped off. So we chalked up the bad coloring to us not knowing any better. After they began, there were a few hiccups with power outlets and blowing fuses which was no big deal. After two days of work, the deck was "completed". The gentleman asked if he could stop by and pick-up a check. Not being satisfied with several spots not being stained at all, my husband emailed him a list of concerns. Most of these concerns centered around the lack of detail on painting railings and obvious spots that were not even touched with a paintbrush (please see pictures). The gentleman said he would be back the next day to fix it. Basically what he did was fix the more obvious spots and left the rest. He was then asking for a check again. At this point, my husband and I gave up and wanted to make sure that they were paid for the "job" that was done. We understood at that point that we would have to fix what we wanted fixed on our own and never use this company again. Fast forward, just barely 6 months later, the deck stain is completely wearing off in multiple spots. To any new homeowners out there or just someone wanting to support small business, please look elsewhere, do your research and don't settle/pay for a job not completed.
