Premium Painting

Premium Painting is a house-painting business in Malden, run under Alan Valdes, whose Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration (#187603) is active on the state registry. Its Angi profile lists 40 years of experience and services that include powerwashing and deck, fence, and porch cleaning and sealing alongside painting. The written record runs 2016 to 2017: four Angi reviews average 4.9 stars. A late-2017 review said everything worked out as expected, and an earlier 2017 review credited the crew as excellent professionals with timely work. BuildZoom lists a score of 90 for the business, along with a separate Construction Supervisor license (CS-119244) for Alan Valdes — a different license type from the home improvement registration, which is the normal split between an individual's trade credential and a company's registration. For a straightforward painting or powerwashing job, this is a licensed, Malden-based painter with a positive but dated review history — the four reviews on file run from 2016 to 2017.
