Two walls, two doors, and paint — done in a single day. That is an August 2026 Thumbtack customer describing Prime Solution Services: a project manager rang once the price was agreed to work out the details, then the carpenter came and finished the room. Wagner Nunes Ramos founded the Malden company on carpentry and, the company's site says, grew it into general remodeling around Massachusetts. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #207411, is active on the state registry, and Thumbtack lists a construction supervisor number, #122428, beside it. Several reviewers name Wagner himself. A December 2025 customer wrote up a basement remodel that came out the way they had pictured it; another that month had a crawl space insulated and came away with warm floors and no more worry about frozen pipes. In 2022, two HomeAdvisor customers described a crew that was approachable and fast. Thumbtack's profile carries a 5.0 from 24 ratings. One thing to plan around: a March 2026 guest shower renovation took about two months, which that homeowner put down to permit and inspection delays — and they were happy with the finished room. Permits and inspections are part of what this company handles, so ask at the estimate what your town's schedule is likely to add. A fit for a homeowner who wants one crew for an interior project — a bathroom, a basement, a wall and a door added — with someone coordinating it. The entire team was great to work with. They came to my house for a free estimate. Tye project manager called me after we agreed on a price and worked out the details with me. The carpenter then came and installed 2 walls with 2 doors, and painted in 1 day. The room looks great. From beginning to end they were great to work with.
We recently renovated our guest shower room, and although the process took about two months due to permit and inspection delays, we are very happy with the result. Wagner was fantastic to work withalways responsive and friendly. His team was also great; they listened to our requests and handled everything with a positive attitude. One small suggestion for the future: since there was a lot of snow during the project, it would have been even better if the stairs had been protected a bit more thoroughly to keep them dry. Overall, we highly recommend them for their professionalism and kind personalities!
We are very happy with our basement remodel. Wagner and his crew did an incredible job to bring our vision to reality! Would highly recommend.
